Synopsis:
A Little Beetle’s attempt to escape from the sink has been unsuccessful, but the trouble that came in the form of water, will prove to be the beginning of a wonderful journey..
Director's statement: My aim is to create a very general character, that everyone will be able to identify themselves, despite their gender, age, or nationality. I think in the Little Beetle, we all can see ourselves and our way of life, with our efforts, suffering, failures and successes. We all strive to move forward in different ways, overcome obstacles, trying to keep the hope alive in even the toughest circumstances, fight for survival, and dream of finding a place, familiar for us that we can call "home".
The graphic design of the film is very minimalistic. For the beetle colour and appearance, I used the flower pattern as it’s a very organic environment for a little insect. So, it means A little beetle carries its own flowered and very colourful inner world and dream inside itself wherever it goes, and this inner world always changes and never is the same.
A little beetle's stories can be endless and It has perspective and can become animation film series project.
